KTMC understands Employee Benefits can be very complicated. Our Human Resources team is always available to answer questions on the insurance programs and additional benefits offered through the Firm. However, we also understand your family’s questions and concerns are private and you may not be comfortable sharing that information with Human Resources. We want to remind everyone about the Benefits Member Advocacy Center (MAC) provided to KTMC employees and family members by our brokers at Conner Strong & Buckelew. Everything shared with the MAC team is completely confidential and protected by HIPAA.
